Equip technical leaders to identify, advance, and capture the opportunities available from emerging technologies.

The fast-paced tech landscape offers a formidable challenge: translating innovation into tangible strategic successes. The leaders with the deepest insights into the power of emerging technologies must also have the leadership skills to get their organizations on board with them. But they haven’t always had the opportunities to develop them.

Participants delve into real-world projects and hone the strategic and leadership skills essential for driving innovation and guiding teams with confidence:

  • Aligning opportunities to strategic priorities
  • Influencing others in the organization to prioritize the opportunities
