NewRocket is a global ServiceNow partner specializing in streamlining business processes and optimizing workflows. Serving more than 1,000 customers worldwide, it designs and implements custom applications, modernizes IT service management, and enhances self-service capabilities.
When NewRocket launched an LMS in 2022, employees gained access to valuable on-demand training. L&D needed to rebuild each path with a mix of resources, including:
