Effective Leadership in a Hybrid World of Work

Hybrid work has become the “new normal” for many organizations. In order to stay relevant in today’s competitive talent market, companies will need to ensure inclusive and high-performing workplaces that support employees regardless of how, when, and where they work. This means organizations need to invest in developing their leaders with the skills necessary to effectively manage, coach, and adapt to these new ways of working.

The Conference Board worked with Udemy Business to design, deliver, and study the results of a cohort-based virtual leadership development program. Jack and Patti Phillips of the ROI Institute and Dave Ulrich of the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan helped evaluate the impact of the six-week program.
