And when it comes time to make decisions that impact your team, try to involve others as collaborators rather than acting alone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-lead-for-learning\">3. Lead for learning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Authenticity isn\u2019t just about celebrating wins \u2014 it also involves acknowledging misses and failures. Show gratitude and appreciation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While you don\u2019t need to distribute trophies for everything your team members do, taking time to show <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.udemy.com\/positive-leadership-traits-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gratitude<\/a> and appreciation can go a long way toward creating feelings of goodwill on your team.
