Depending on role complexity, learning journeys range from 50 to more than 150 hours of structured learning.<\/span>

Experience validates capability through capstone projects, project deployment, and performance validation.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Every advanced learner completes a capstone project addressing a real client or internal engineering challenge, reviewed by senior architects, Community of Practice leaders, and the AI Council to validate technical quality, engineering standards, and deployment readiness.
