As the Global Capability Center in Hyderabad continued to scale, the Learning and Development team focused on ensuring that learning investments directly supported enterprise priorities, including AI adoption, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and software engineering excellence.<\/span>

As AI became a strategic capability, the team introduced role-based AI learning journeys tailored for three audiences:<\/span><\/p>\n

The team also created business-requested learning paths, partnering with business units to convert real project needs into curated learning. For Payments Technology, this included strengthening capabilities in DevOps, quality assurance automation, product engineering, cloud, and AI-assisted development.<\/span>

Through Udemy Business, Zelis India built a scalable learning model with strong participation. The initiative engaged 939 active learners, who logged 45,040 learning hours, recorded 1,626 unique course enrollments and 5,691 learning path enrollments, and completed 1,311 learning paths across 173 structured paths.<\/span>

\n<\/span>The team used the Kirkpatrick Model and Phillips ROI methodology to evaluate training effectiveness and financial return, with measures tied to onboarding speed, role readiness, adoption of new tools, and productivity.<\/span>
