The top reported benefits were skill development, course discovery, increased productivity at work, and certification exam preparation.<\/span>

IT certifications, programming languages, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, DevOps, and generative AI dominate learning activity, directly reflecting the technical demands of the clients TEKsystems serves. Generative AI has already emerged as a top-ten skill area by learning hours, with 4,196 learners enrolled in Generative AI for Tech and 2,388 in Generative AI for Business, signaling that the consultant workforce is proactively preparing for the next wave of client needs.<\/span>
