Since launching Udemy Business, Booking.com\u2019s Digital Learning Team has enabled their employees to \u201cown\u201d their personal development by encouraging them to take courses on topics such as management and leadership development, public<br \/>\nspeaking, data science and web development.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0In particular, our younger workforce likes the breadth of courses within Udemy and the flexibility of the mobile app,\u00a0\u00bb says Ajay Jacob, Digital Learning Specialist at Booking.com.<\/p>\n<p>An employee stated within the company\u2019s internal social channel, \u00ab\u00a0It\u2019s amazing how technology and learning can transform you within minutes! Using Udemy\u2019s iPhone app, I managed to download an amazing course just moments before boarding London Underground and ended my 45 minute train journey (quite boring usually) feeling so<br \/>\nempowered.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Results<\/h3>\n<p>Using Udemy Business, Booking.com immediately saw an increase in engagement compared to their previous learning solution. The average user has already spent 5+ hours learning on the platform. \u201cPreviously, we offered a stipend for employees to access learning from an external provider.
