\n<\/span>\u2022 Accountability built in:<\/b> automated, manager-specific completion dashboards published on a recurring cadence<\/span>

\n<\/span>To support the program as it scaled, Emids built accountability directly into the rollout through automated completion dashboards, giving managers visibility into progress across their teams. Emids also fostered continuous learning through an internal portal for submitting, approving and sponsoring AI use-case ideas, along with a skill-match tool designed to connect newly trained employees with relevant projects requiring those skills. <\/span>
